China Coal Energy Company Limited Announces Restructuring of Joint Venture - China Coal Energy Company Limited announced that a coking company, in which the Company and Shanxi Coking Coal Group Co., Ltd (Company A) respectively hold a 50% stake, will be split into two new companies, in both of which the Company and Company A still hold a 50% stake respectively. After that, the Company will inject capital to one of the new companies to increase its holdings to 51%, while Company A will invest in the other company to increase its holdings to 51%, too.
